Paalak Paratha Recipe - Healthy veg breakfast recipes.

Ingredients:

3 cups wholewheat Flour (Atta)


For The Puree:

A bunch (150gms) of Spinach (Paalak) leaves

1-2 inch ginger

2-3 cloves garlic

1 green chilly

Few Cumin Seeds

Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Blend all the puree ingredients

  2. Pour it on the wheat flour

  3. Knead it into a dough

  4. Roll it like a roti and put it on the tawa, add a few drops of oil

  5. Cook both sides. Serve with curd/raita.
